270 Nickel alloy bar

Nickel270 alloy is a pure commercial nickel with very low carbon content and has been approved for operation in environments up to 1250℃. Ni has good mechanical properties and is easy to be cold worked in a wide temperature range.

Application:

Plate heat exchanger, bellows compensator expansion joint, alkali making, chemical equipment, etc.

Nickel 270 is a high purity nickel usually made from powder metallurgy. It has low base hardness and high ductility. It contains virtually no non-metallic inclusions.

Marine heat exchanger, seawater desalination equipment, salt production equipment, Marine and chemical processing equipment, propeller shaft and water pump, - and water tank, etc

Heat treatment Nickel 270 is not hardened by heat treatment.

Corrosion resistance is generally better than nickel copper, it is more resistant to the corrosion of reducing medium than pure nickel, corrosion resistance of oxidizing medium than pure copper, is very good to - acid, phosphoric acid, carbon. Especially resistance to hydrochloric acid corrosion, hot concentrated alkali also has excellent corrosion resistance in fluorine, hydrochloric acid, - acid, - acid and their derivatives have extremely - corrosion resistance. It has better corrosion resistance than copper base alloy in seawater. 270 is a deformable nickel-copper nickel-base alloy with excellent seawater corrosion resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and chloride stress corrosion cracking resistance. This alloy is one of the few alloys that can be used in - matter. It has good resistance to oxide stress fission corrosion in - acid and fluorine gas media, such as seawater and salt water environment. Excellent corrosion resistance in medium concentration alkaline and salt solutions.
